Group Volunteers
Come join us for a Group Volunteer Day at the GPDB warehouse, located at the MaKen North building, 3525 I Street, in Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood. We welcome schools, religious organizations, friends networks and companies to join us for a group volunteer experience.
Volunteering boosts employee morale and retention, so we welcome corporate volunteer groups to join our mission. Connected employees who love their jobs do great things!
Here’s what your volunteer day could look like:
- 10: 00 a.m.: Arrival and welcome. Package diapers and/or menstrual products for distribution, fill and load orders and organize inventory.
- 12:00 noon: Lunch and learn. We’ll tell you all about the Greater Philadelphia Diaper Bank while you enjoy a meal from a local restaurant.
- 1:00 p.m.: Wrap up. We’ll take some photos to share on your and our social media pages, answer any questions you may have and make plans to keep in touch with you.

Join Us for a Volunteer Day
Greater Philadelphia Diaper Bank welcomes:
- Groups of 2-12 volunteers on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Groups of 13-20 volunteers on Wednesdays and Fridays
Volunteer Agenda:
- 10:00 a.m. arrival
- 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. package diapers and menstrual products for distribution, fill orders for partner agencies, load diapers into partner agency cars and vans, organize inventory.
- 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. catered lunch & learn
